not me monday.round four

I did not go absolutely crazy when the computer wasn't working right where we were staying at in CA. It also did not happen to be on THE DAY that Stellan was to be born! I did not call my friend from home so I could get the details of his birth and current health, because I could wait, really. Neither did I dissolve to a puddle of tears and goose bumps when I found out that 'our' little MckMuffin had been miraculously healed! I also did not feel the need to continue checking in every day to get the current status on his and MckMama's health. Good grief, did you all think I am THAT attached to 'my blogs'? sheesh...

I did not wake up yesterday 30 minutes before needing to leave for church. And I certainly did not forget to brush the kids' or my teeth simply because I was too rushed (Eric had plans and had to be there earlier than the rest of us)--YUCK! Neither did I promptly give us all a piece of gum upon arriving at church in hopes that it would cover up any remains of morning breath.

I did not cry "Oh Abby" over and over again when reading this post. Please take a moment and pray for Abby Riggs--she has been through way more than any 3 year old should ever have to.

I did not enjoy a Starbuck's at least every other day while on vacation. My scales do not tell me that I did either. And scales never lie.

I did not throw all inhibitions aside, along with any people pleasing tendency's, and dance with my husband at his brother's wedding. I do not not know how to dance. I did not have fun either. (And the best part is...I really don't give a hoot what anybody thought of me!)

I did not tell my husband he had to go on a diet with me. He did not go with me to every Starbuck's that I did not go to. And the scales are not telling him bad things either.

I am not craving a Pumpking Spice Latte from Starbuck's right now with all this talk of Starbuck's. My computer background is not this picture.

Good Grief...enough said!
