Snagging a sweet table that needed a drawer from a friend....and promptly insisting on a drawer getting made by my dear husband :) He did a great job! Sorry for the wonky picture though...
Losing the first tooth (teeth)! Her permanent ones were already in behind them, so it was high time for those baby teeth to come out!
'Tea parties' for lunch. I am such a bad mom.....I bucked doing this for a long time...had a bad attitude about it. But little Miss G. kept begging and once I decided to do it, I enjoyed doing it for the kids! I'll have to remember to do it again :)
And the latest....splurging (please forgive us, Dave Ramsey!) on a DSLR camera! It has been very intimidating to say the least, but I'm getting a few things figured out! While the kids do their school work, I tell them I'm doing mine....reading tips and tricks of photography like this series. Sorry, I can't take credit for the picture below...Eric took it! Our Rose of Sharon bush is LOADED with blooms.
And that's not all......
A certain little girlie turned 6 and we surprised the kids with a fun day trip before school started, but those deserve their OWN blog posts!
The Lord has blessed us with so much......our hearts and lives are full!

Grace's hair is getting so long! Glad to see a new post from you. At least you've been busy and have an excuse for not updating...I've just not had any inspiration. Can't believe summer is almost over at our house!
